I am a BACP registered psychotherapist based in London.
I spent the early part of my career working in the fashion industry both in Canada, where I am originally from, and the US. After moving to the UK, I changed the course of my career and trained as an integrative psychotherapist. In addition to my private practice, I have experience working in the NHS as well as in the charity sector, offering long-term and short-term therapy. I work with adults and young adults from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds, ethnicities and sexual orientations, providing therapy for many different issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, self-development, relationship difficulties and relational trauma. I offer therapy in person in Central London as well as online via Zoom.
Master's Degree in Integrative Psychotherapy: Regent's University
Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling: Regent's University
Certificate in Advanced Trauma, PTSD and Dissociation
Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
I am dedicated to continued professional development (CPD) and regularly attend training courses, seminars and conferences in areas such as intergenerational, attachment and developmental trauma.
